1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently only offer shipping services within the United States. At this moment, we are unable to ship to U.S. Military bases (APO/FPO/DPO) or P.O. Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
2. PROCESSING & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All orders are processed and shipped according to the timeline below. Please note that arrival times may be slightly delayed during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

3. ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will typically become active within 48 hours. You can track your order directly on our Order Tracking page.
4. TAX POLICY

A standard estimated tax rate of 6% will be applied to all taxable purchases. The total price, including applicable taxes, will be clearly shown at checkout before your payment is processed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate billing and shipping addresses. If you find your information is incorrect, please contact us at support@snkrbeat.com immediately. Snkrbeat is not responsible for issues or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
6. SHIPPING DELAYS & ISSUES
- Delays: If your package takes more than 30 days to arrive, please contact us immediately for an inquiry.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the item, please check around your property and contact your local post office. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team.
- Damages: While we take great care in packaging, if your item arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
