Return & Refund Policy

At Snkrbeat, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy applies to all products purchased directly through our website snkrbeat.com.

Section 1 – Return Policy

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged or shattered.
  • The product design, size, or material differs from what you ordered.
  • The incorrect item was received.

Return Eligibility & Condition:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Items must not be modified or defective from the original state (unless it was our fault).

Section 2 – Return Costs

  • For Defective Products: (Wrong item, damaged by carrier, or defective). There is No Charge for the customer to return the item. We will provide a prepaid return label.
  • For Customer Remorse: (Change of mind, bought the wrong product, or no longer wanted). The customer will be responsible for the actual cost of shipping the goods back to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.

Section 3 – Return Method

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@snkrbeat.com with your Order ID, the number of products to return, and the reason (including photos if the item is damaged).
  2. Once confirmed, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Package the item securely and send it back to us. Please DO NOT send the package back without our prior email confirmation.
  4. Share the tracking number of the return shipment with our support team.

Section 4 – Refund Policy

Refund Procedure:

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card processed via Stripe).

Processing Time:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7-14 days for the funds to officially post to your account.

If you haven't received your refund after 14 days of our confirmation, please contact your bank or reach out to us at support@snkrbeat.com for assistance.
